Are the prices really all in AUD?
Yes. Every dollar figure on this page is Australian dollars, GST-exclusive where applicable. No currency surprises.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
On Solo and Crew, extra minutes are 65c/min — but only if you've opted in. Without opt-in, your AI tells you when you're close and never charges extra. On Unlimited, there's nothing to go over.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down any time with one call. Changes take effect from your next billing month.
How do I pay?
Monthly by direct debit or card, invoiced by HankinCore Pty Ltd (ABN 26 259 814 462). No contracts, no lock-in.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. Cancel anytime with one call or email — no exit fees.
